Workplace location must be near one of our locations, including Blackfoot, ID; Coeur d'Alene, ID; Missoula, MT; Helena, MT; Billings, MT; and Great Falls, MT. Other locations near other offices can also be considered.
The ideal candidate:
- Is a strategic, growth-focused leader with a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing
- Has proven experience driving revenue growth, market expansion, and competitive positioning
- Demonstrates strong executive presence and leadership ability across multi-state teams
- Is relationship-driven and skilled at building partnerships with REALTORS®, lenders, builders, and industry partners
- Has experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Brings both strategic vision and operational follow-through
- Is comfortable working cross-functionally with executive leadership and operations
About the position:
The Corporate Vice President of Business Development provides executive leadership and strategic direction for all business development, sales, marketing, and brand initiatives across Title Financial Corporation and its affiliated companies. This role is responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide strategies that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and brand positioning across Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming. This position partners closely with executive leadership and operational teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of corporate business development strategies
- Oversee regional and local sales goals, growth targets, and performance expectations
- Develop accountability systems, forecasting models, and CRM strategies
- Oversee corporate branding, marketing, and digital strategies
- Strengthen and expand relationships with key industry partners
- Represent the organization at industry events and community functions
- Support expansion, acquisitions, and new market initiatives
- Manage business development budgets and support regional planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in business development, sales, or related fields
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams
- Strong strategic planning, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM systems, analytics, and performance tracking tools
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to travel frequently, including overnight travel
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR/background check
- Must be at least 18 years of age
