CNC Swiss Lathe Operator We’re Hiring!

We are seeking a skilled and dependable CNC Swiss Lathe Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has experience operating CNC Swiss-type lathes, understands precision machining, and takes pride in producing high-quality parts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Swiss-type lathes to manufacture precision components according to blueprints and specifications.
• Load programs, tooling, and raw materials and make necessary machine offsets and adjustments.
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
• Monitor machine operation, troubleshoot production issues, and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC Swiss lathes preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, and cutting conditions.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot and make machine adjustments.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
