About the Role As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management. You will build meaningful relationships with our clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity while providing a sense of comfort and security. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide personal care, including toileting, incontinence care, and mobility assistance Administer medications as directed by the client's care plan Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided Collaborate with caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions Requirements Dedicated to delivering compassionate care that reflects the same respect, patience, and devotion we would provide to our own loved ones.
