Float Pool Registered Nurse

Atrium Health Hospitals, Inc.

As a Float Pool Registered Nurse, you provide direct patient care across multiple inpatient units based on changing needs. You assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and maintain accurate EHR documentation. In this flexible role, you collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support a culture of safety and quality, adapt quickly to different clinical environments, and provide age-appropriate, patient- and family-centered care.
