About the Role:
Bridge Community Development Center Mississippi is looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Day Program Facilitator to join their team in Cleveland, MS. Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and facilitate daily program activities for participants in alignment with individual goals and program objectives
Supervise and mentor day program staff, volunteers, and support personnel
Monitor participant progress and maintain accurate documentation and case notes
Develop and implement structured curricula, life skills training, and community integration activities
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and external service providers to ensure holistic participant support
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive program environment in compliance with regulatory standards
Lead team meetings, provide staff training, and support professional development initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, or related field required
Prior experience working in a day program, developmental disabilities, or social services setting
Strong leadership skills with experience supervising or mentoring staff
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement individualized program plans and activities
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Compassionate, patient, and committed to empowering individuals in the community
