Bridge Community Development Center Mississippi is looking for a passionate and dedicated Supported Employment Job Coach to join their team in Cleveland, MS. In this rewarding role, you'll make a real difference by empowering individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment to achieve meaningful, sustainable work. - Provide one-on-one job coaching and on-site support to individuals with disabilities in workplace settings
- Develop and implement individualized employment plans tailored to each client's strengths and goals
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to identify and secure job placement opportunities
- Train clients on job-specific tasks, workplace expectations, and professional conduct
- Monitor client progress and document outcomes in accordance with program requirements
- Collaborate with case managers, families, and support teams to ensure holistic client success
- Advocate for workplace accommodations and inclusive hiring practices
- Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in supported employment, job coaching, or disability services is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, to match client work schedules
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to empowering individuals with diverse needs
- Familiarity with vocational rehabilitation or IDD services is a bonus
