JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES
You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew. In addition, you will handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash management, food management, scheduling, image, standards, customer service, punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.ADVANCEMENT

Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.TRAINING
Orientation and training are provided on the job.COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone or in person.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used). Ability to make correct monetary decisions. Verbal, written, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders. Motor coordination to move hands/fingers rapidly and accurately. Ability to use a computer keyboard or touchscreen. Navigation skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area. Ability to serve multi‑story buildings and private homes efficiently.WORK CONDITIONS
Typical work environments and physical demands associated with this role.EXPOSURE TO
Varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing outdoor tasks. In‑store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees (cooler) to 90 degrees and above. Sudden changes in temperature in work area. Exposure to food odors, grease, and other particles. Exposure to dust, grease, and other airborne particles. Operating in high‑heat or low‑temperature areas. Potential exposure to sharp objects or moving equipment. Working near metal surfaces and tools. Noise and vibration during prolonged periods. Potential contact with cleaning chemicals.SENSING
Hearing and vision required for telephone and in‑person communication. Depth perception to operate tools accurately. Vision needed to differentiate hot and cold surfaces. Night vision for evening deliveries.TEMPERAMENTS

Paperwork completed while seated at a desk or table.LIFTING
Frequent product deliveries made twice a week or more using a hand truck. Items may weigh up to 50 pounds with dimensions up to 3’ x 1.5’. Weights may reach up to 72 inches high.CARRYING
Large cans and other goods, including some weighing up to 3 pounds, carried to storage or delivery points.PUSHING
Large cans weighing about 3 pounds to be moved from the station.PULLING
Pulling items from delivery vehicle or storage to the customer.STIMULATING
Tasks requiring considerable manual capacity. Managing heavy equipment and high‑value items.MOVEING
