A leading commercial GC is seeking a high-level Chief Estimator to lead major project pursuits, grow a high-performing preconstruction team, and help shape the future of a rapidly expanding Miami operation.

As Chief Estimator you will:

• Lead all estimating and preconstruction activities across multiple pursuits
• Oversee conceptual budgeting, GMPs, negotiated work, and final pricing
• Drive bid strategy, subcontractor engagement, and proposal reviews
• Build, mentor, and develop estimating teams
• Improve systems, processes, reporting, and overall estimating performance

Ideally you will possess:

• 10–15+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
• Proven leadership within a large GC or similar contractor
• Strong expertise across all phases of preconstruction
• Experience managing multiple complex pursuits simultaneously
• Background in commercial, hospitality, residential, retail, or mixed-use projects
• Construction-related degree preferred
