Base Salary: $125,000 - $150,000+ (DOE) + Bonus + Medical Benefits + 401k + Career Progression + Stock + Large Scale Projects
Excellent opportunity for an experienced estimator, who has expertise estimating on commercial construction projects, to take on a great role with a leading commercial general contractor in Florida.

On offer is the chance to play a key role in the pre-construction of large-scale projects. This company has an excellent reputation across Florida as being a leading construction specialist. They work on a variety of commercial construction projects such as education, office, healthcare and mixed-use. In this role, you will be based in their Fort Lauderdale office where you will have the exciting opportunity to lead the preconstruction phase on large scale commercial construction projects in South Florida as well as to join a company as they look to expand further whilst keeping their family feel.
Your responsibilities will include leading preconstruction meetings, evaluating project drawings and specifications, and preparing cost estimates.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estimator to take on a great role which offers you the chance to join a leading general contractor, whilst working in a role that offers an extremely competitive compensation package.
