Duties

Specific duties include:

• Collaborates with senior executives, program offices, OIT partners, contractors, and external stakeholders to resolve complex data issues
• Oversees mission-critical data products and reporting capabilities used for executive decision-making, workload management, performance analysis, fraud detection, Congressional inquiries, FOIA responses, nationwide operational oversight and contractor performance.
• Leads multidisciplinary teams responsible for data analysis, database operations, data integration, reporting, modernization, and program management activities.
• Develops strategic plans, policies, governance frameworks, performance measures, and operational improvements supporting enterprise data and analytics capabilities.
• Provides oversight of enterprise data environment, reporting platforms, database administration activities, ETL processes, data quality controls, and modernization initiatives.
• Leads efforts to modernize business processes, improve reporting capabilities, strengthen data governance, and enhance the reliability, security, and usability of enterprise data products.

Work Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30pm.

Telework: This position is eligible for situational (ad hoc) telework only. The selectee is required to report to the official duty station each scheduled workday. Telework may be approved only on a case-by-case basis with supervisory approval. Routine or recurring telework is not authorized for this position.
