HR Assistant

HR AdministratorYour role as an HR Administrator will include creating and maintaining employee digital personnel files, coordinating background screens, drug screens, and pre-employment physicals, processing new hires and employee data changes in HR LINK/SuccessFactors, including terminations, and processing new contractor set up and data changes in HR LINK, including terminations. You will also coordinate new hire onboarding and orientations, process I-9 verification and E-Verify, conduct regular audits of the same, conduct monthly data audits and clean up, collaborate with the HR and Communication teams in the creation and maintenance of the HR SharePoint site, serve as a back-up to the payroll admin as needed, develop simplified job aids for identified administrative and system processes, help initiate the process for tuition reimbursement application and coordinate the tracking and reimbursement processing with payroll, respond to employee inquiries about benefits, payroll, HR systems, etc. and direct them to the appropriate contact, provide support to HR Team including Talent Acquisition as needed, maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance; work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation, and respectfully take direction from supervisor/manager and other duties as assigned.To succeed, you will need a Bachelor's Degree preferred, minimum of three years HR administrative experience, ability to handle heavy workloads and prioritize own work, a flexible approach, able to cope with a constantly changing environment and priorities, proactive, strong attention to detail; exercises good use of independent judgement, high level of integrity and professionalism, responsible with confidential and sensitive information, consistency in task completion, response time, and work efficiency, and good communication skills, written and verbal.We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
