Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, to clients seeking stress reduction, relaxation, and improved mental health outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' unique stressors, mental health challenges, and personal goals, customizing mindfulness practices to their needs.

• Guide individual clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques to foster self-awareness, reduce anxiety, and enhance emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes centered on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and resilience-building strategies.

• Integrate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health issues while supporting clients' holistic growth.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to create a cohesive and comprehensive treatment plan that includes mindfulness strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Previous experience in delivering mindfulness-based interventions is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year , commensurate with experience.
