Schedule: 3x12s, (blocked) Fri-Sun preferred,

• 7:00 pm - 7:00 am

Additional Details

• Moves throughout the facility as needed, appropriately assists in emergency drills and situations, and demonstrates the physical, clinical, and professional capacity to provide respiratory care as described in the tasks and duties of this position.
• Provides respiratory care under the direction and on the order of a physician or approved practitioner.
• Works cooperatively with unit staff, physicians and ancillary departments.
• Performs all tasks and duties of this position according to hospital and department policy and procedure.
• Demonstrates commitment to Pomerene Hospital’s Values.
• Actively supports and encourages Primary Support Person (PSP) / Family involvement in patient's care, with consent of patient. Includes PSP / family member in explanations/discussions of testing, procedures, medications, treatments and discharge instructions when applicable

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 Years of Respiratory Therapy (RRT & CRTT) Experience in a Healthcare/Medical Setting- Preferred. 

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS
• ACLS
• NRP

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• OH

This council will create a safe environment where the needs of the patient and family are given top priority and to make recommendations for change.
