Lot Attendant

Who We Are

We are seeing a Full- Time Lot Attendant for our Service Department.

We are seeing to fill the days of Monday – Friday and potentially an occasional Saturday. 

Responsibilities:

• Promptly check in transport vehicles, assist drivers with placement of vehicles when unloaded
• Visually Inspect finished products from Detail Dept, for the Lot, to ensure the highest quality service.
• Understand and deliver on specific employer requirements as asked by Sales Management mostly.
• Maintain proper function of all tools and inventory needed to assist the sales department.
• Directly report any damage to the any vehicle noticed, to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion.
• Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members.
• Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization.
• Other duties as assigned. Run vehicle thru automatic car wash as needed. Picture and sticker vehicles before they go to the lot. Park and rearrange vehicles on the lot in an orderly fashion. Gas vehicle as needed.
• Mop and keep floor clear of water puddling / or as pertained to time of year and outside weather. Snow, shovel, use snowblower, apply ice melt etc. as needed 
• Meet sanitary requirements of the dealership.
• Put out keys for lot vehicles daily. If necessary also bring in keys at end of the day. Take pictures of newly arrived vehicles & upload as needed/ assist the Detail department in off times. 

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and can-do mentality
• Great Customer Service skills
• Able to stay on task and work under very busy and in ALL weather conditions.
• 100% standing all day
• Hardworking personality, shown leadership qualities and eagerness to improve
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. Able to take direction from many members of Management and work well independently.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
