Trained Medication Assistant / TMA / CMA

Overview Trained Medication Assistant (CMA) – Assisted Living / Memory Care at HallMar Village, a Presbyterian Homes & Services community. The role is full‑time, Monday through Thursday, second shift (2 p.m. – 10 p.m.) with holiday rotation and requires a state‑approved certification in medication administration. Responsibilities Provide high‑quality care and services to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents in accordance with regulations and clinical best practices. Administer medications and treatments under the direct supervision of a nurse and perform Resident Assistant duties as assigned. Qualifications Successful completion of a state‑approved training program and current certification in medication administration in the state(s) of practice. Successful completion of a state‑approved nursing assistant training program and current certification in the state(s) of practice. Demonstrated alignment with PHS’s mission and operating philosophies. Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language for effective communication with residents and staff.
