Assist electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial electrical systems Pull wire, install boxes, and assist with conduit installation and bending Perform basic electrical terminations and connections under supervision Support troubleshooting efforts and help implement safe, code‑compliant solutions Read and interpret basic blueprints, electrical drawings, and work instructions Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Follow all company safety policies and industry standards Collaborate with electricians, supervisors, project managers, and other trades to support project goals Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and jobsite equipment What We're Looking For 1-3 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience preferred Entry-level candidates with construction experience and a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply Basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, materials, and jobsite safety practices Ability to assist with wire pulling, conduit installation, and other electrical construction tasks Willingness to learn from experienced electricians and follow direction effectively Ability to read and understand basic electrical drawings and layouts Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Perfect For Someone Who Wants To Build a long-term career in the electrical trade Expand their commercial construction experience Learn from experienced electricians and field leaders Develop new technical skills and earn greater responsibilities Advance into higher-level electrical positions over time Join the Spratlin Electric Team At Spratlin Electric, you're more than just another employee.
