Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work side by side with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care

Educate Patients and Caregivers: Teach patients and their families about therapy methods to facilitate ongoing recovery efforts at home

Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as required to ensure patients remain on the right track

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an approved program

Encouragement and support for ongoing education and specialized certifications

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory
