What You’ll Do Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where toddlers can thrive Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and learning Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth Build strong relationships with families through regular communication Observe and track milestones, celebrating each child’s progress Maintain a structured yet playful daily routine What We’re Looking For A genuine love for working with young children Positive, patient, and nurturing personality Strong communication and organizational skills Education Requirements (one of the following) 90+ college credits toward Early Childhood Education (currently enrolled), OR Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, OR Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field Experience in a daycare or preschool is a plus—but not required!
