Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults in a long-term care setting under supervision of a registered nurse
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately
- Monitor patient status, collect and assess vital signs, and report changes promptly
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure patient safety, including turning and positioning
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment in compliance with policies and regulations

Requirements
- Active Practical Nursing license in New Mexico (LPN)
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work 3x12-night shifts and maintain high-quality patient care
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
- Willingness to participate in onboarding and comply with facility policies and procedures
