Registered Dietitian - Long-Term Care Nutrition Leader

Elderwood is seeking a Registered Dietitian in Town of Waverly, New York, to assist with the nutritional health of our residents by performing nutrition assessments, developing individualized care plans, and providing nutrition education. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, active registration as a dietitian, and long-term care experience is preferred.
