About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Solution Architect to design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background (Java, Python, .NET, or similar) who has recent hands-on experience in AI/ML projects and proven expertise in defining end-to-end solution architectures that align with business needs. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical knowledge, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration . Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture and design of complex enterprise solutions across applications, data, and cloud. Translate business requirements into robust technical architecture and implementation roadmaps. Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, tools, and frameworks suitable for the solution. Guide teams in selecting and implementing appropriate AI frameworks, tools, and cloud services . Work closely with engineering teams to ensure architectural compliance during development and delivery. Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architecture guidelines for AI/ML initiatives. Support pre-sales and solutioning by preparing technical proposals, diagrams, and presentations . Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate solution approaches. Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and senior leadership to ensure technology alignment with strategy. Establish best practices and architecture guidelines for AI-driven applications. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years in solution/technical architecture roles . At least 2+ years of recent experience delivering AI/ML solutions (NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, generative AI, or LLM-based solutions). Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Python, .NET, or similar technologies . Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native design patterns and their AI/ML offerings. Knowledge of APIs, microservices, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines . Solid understanding of data architecture, integration, and security principles . Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills Exposure to LLM architecture (e.g., RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering). Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience leading cross-functional technical teams as a Technical Lead or Architect. Why Join Us?
