Inventory Parts Clerk

Indorama is a Pet Recycling company, located in Fontana, California. We are searching for a Full Time inventory parts clerk to work Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. In this role you will coordinate orders and deliveries, perform regular inventory audits and analyses, and forecast supply and demand requirements to ensure consistent stock levels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has detailed knowledge of SAP and supply chain practices, and can accurately forecast inventory requirements while demonstrating excellent logistical abilities. Inventory Parts Clerk Responsibilities: Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed. Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices. Liaising and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of stock purchases. Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing. Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability. Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock conditions. Analyzing and reviewing supply chain data to identify and resolve issues. Generating purchase and pricing reports, supply chain analysis, and inventory management reports. Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor. Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records. Inventory Parts Clerk Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, warehousing, logistics, or a similar environment. Excellent knowledge of inventory management software such as SAP Inventory. Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices, analysis, and cycle counting. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stoop, bend, ascend/descend stairs and ladders, and stand and walk for long periods. Experience working in a high‑noise manufacturing environment. Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional collaboration and negotiation abilities.
