From preparing top quality food, to creating CAVA fanatics, our grill cooks are the secret sauce to our success!/ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliObserve food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures/liliFollow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency/liliAdhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all CAVA standards/liliRestock cook stations and keep them clean and organized/liliStand and/or walk for an entire shift/liliThis role is constantly in motion to deliver mind-blowing meals to our guests/liliPut deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned/liliAbility to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth/liliMay stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds/liliAssist with any additional duties assigned/li/ulpPhysical Requirements:/pulliMust be able to bend and reach overhead often/liliMust possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment/liliMust be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to cold/liliMust be comfortable working near open flames/liliMay be required to work in tight spaces/liliMust maintain near constant communication with multiple people/liliClose vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision is required/liliMust be able to sit, squat and kneel occasionally/liliMust be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner/liliMay be required to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions/li/ulpBenefits at CAVA?
