RN Charge Nurse Fulltime Nights Inpatient Surgical GI GU

Position Highlights RN Charge Nurse, Full‑time Night Shift, Inpatient Surgical GI/GU Work location: Texas Health Fort Worth, 1304 Pennsylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104 Work environment: BU GI GU Surgical Unit Work hours: Full‑time Nights, 36 hrs per week, 7 p – 7 a Department Highlights Justin 4 – GI/GU Surgical Unit Justin 4 is a 36‑bed surgical unit caring for colorectal, gastrointestinal, and urology surgery patients. The unit will initially open with 20 beds on August 10, with plans to expand to 36 beds later in the year. Patients may be admitted pre‑ or post‑operatively; average length of stay ≈ 5 days. RN staffing ratio: 1:4 PCT staffing ratio: 1:12 Positions require 12‑hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays. Team members may be placed on call for regularly scheduled shifts in response to census fluctuations.
