Regional Sales & Operations ManagerWe are looking for a motivated, hands-on Regional Sales & Operations Manager to help lead and grow four Anytime Fitness locations. This is not a traditional regional management position where you'll simply oversee managers and review reports. We're looking for someone who enjoys building teams, developing salespeople, solving problems and driving results. You'll work directly with ownership to build strong teams at each location, improve membership and training sales, create accountability, and ensure an exceptional member experience. As our teams develop, this position will evolve into greater multi-location leadership and oversight.What You'll DoDrive membership growth across four locationsTrain and coach staff on sales, prospecting, lead follow-up and closingMonitor leads, appointments, show rates, conversions and membership salesDevelop sales processes and accountability systemsIdentify opportunities to increase personal training and coaching revenueLead regular sales coaching and performance meetingsRecruit, interview and help hire great employeesTrain and onboard new team membersDevelop front-desk/sales employees into strong performersSet expectations and hold employees accountableAddress performance issues quickly and professionallyHelp maintain appropriate staffing and scheduling across all locationsRegularly visit all four locationsEnsure clubs maintain high standards for cleanliness, service and presentationHelp resolve member and operational issuesStep in when needed during staffing shortages or transitionsIdentify problems and take ownership of solving themMaintain consistency across all four locationsWho We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you:Have a strong background in sales, sales management or sales trainingHave experience coaching people to improve performanceAre comfortable working with goals, KPIs and accountabilityHave experience hiring, training or managing employeesAre highly organized and able to manage multiple prioritiesTake initiative rather than waiting to be told what to doAre comfortable having difficult performance conversationsEnjoy being both a leader and a hands-on problem solverCan move between locations based on where you're needed mostFitness industry experience is helpful, but not required. We're more interested in finding an exceptional sales leader and people developer than someone who simply has gym management experience. What Success Looks Like Within your first several months, we expect you to:Build reliable staffing at each locationEstablish consistent sales and lead-follow-up processesImprove employee sales skills and accountabilityIncrease membership and training salesReduce the need for ownership to handle daily staffing and operational issuesDevelop employees who can successfully manage day-to-day responsibilities at each clubSchedule & Travel This is a full-time, multi-location position. Regular travel between our four Pittsburgh-area Anytime Fitness locations is required. The schedule will have flexibility but will vary based on the needs of the clubs. This is a hands-on leadership position and will occasionally require evening or weekend availability.Compensation Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000 Performance Bonuses: Up to $12,000–$15,000+ annually Target Total Compensation: Approximately $52,000–$60,000+ Performance incentives will be tied to measurable results including membership growth, sales performance, training revenue, staffing and overall club performance.Something different is happening here.
