Program/Project Manager II

ProSync is seeking a passionateProgram/Project Manager II to oversee day‑to‑day project execution supporting a U.S. Navy customer, managing schedules, deliverables, and team coordination. If you have prior military service or government contracting experience, are proud to serve and support our nation, and want to help support ProSync’s mission to “Define and Redefine the State of Possible.” RESPONSIBILITIES Leads program management activities for a U.S. Navy customer, supporting program deliverables, project schedules, milestones, documentation, compliance, and communication. Performs one or a combination of such typical duties as: Manage project schedules, milestones, and communications. Ensure deliverables meet requirements and deadlines. Coordinate with Navy and contractor staff. Support risk management and performance tracking. 10+ years of project/program management experience. Experience leading teams in a DoD or Navy environment. A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS A Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
