Lillibridge manages more than 22 million square feet of outpatient medical space across 36 states, providing prime medical office spaces to health systems and physicians seeking to expand their reach and deliver value to their communities.About the RoleThe Assistant Property Manager is responsible for coordinating with the General Manager to direct and supervise the activities of building staff and vendors in accordance with policies and procedures.This role plays a key part in maintaining the reliability and performance of our buildings, creating safe, functional environments for tenants and clients. Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Participate in preparation of financial and management reports, monitors collections and coordinates default proceedingsAssist in monitoring operating expenses and capital budgets, prepares & administers operating expense recoveries and adjustments to actual, due diligence, etc.Effectively manage relationships with internal and external team membersPrepare reports, proposals, and presentations as requiredParticipate with maintenance staff to develop 5-year capital planParticipate in the Customer Service Tenant Satisfaction survey processTrack progress of goals, objectives, timelines and budgets; and generate reports on statusOversee facility operations including maintenance programs, vendor contracts, building inspections, construction/TI administration, emergency response & preparedness and regulatory complianceCoordinate with General Manager on lease administration functionsOversee Housekeeping/Janitorial effortsPerform all administrative & operational duties as requiredPerform other duties and special projects as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred1 - 3 years of hands-on real estate management experienceDemonstrated knowledge of and experience with accounting principles and practices, preferably in real estateDemonstrated proficient knowledge of MS Office applications (Word and Excel a must) and accounting softwareStrong communication and customer service skills (oral and written)Ability to exercise prudent judgment in the absence of supervisory personnelAttention to detail and strong aptitude for mathematicsAbility to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure accuracy and timely completion, ability to multi-taskMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship now or in the futureWhy Choose LillibridgeCompetitive pay and performance-based incentives90% employer-covered health insurance401(k) with company match20 days of PTO to start + 11 paid holidaysStable, long-term career growth with a trusted national leaderIn addition to base salary, this role is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and other wellness benefits under applicable plan terms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
