Generac Home is seeking a Manager Codes & Standards to lead installation-code guidance at scale. You will oversee code-influence activity, advisory/training cadence, and information quality for AHJ responses, accelerating approvals and protecting customer satisfaction. This role supports Sales by reducing deal friction in regulated markets and partners with Regulatory, Product, and Technical Publications while building a capable team through coaching and performance management, using dashboards #J-18808-Ljbffr
