Mentor and develop Associate DVMs and support staff to elevate patient care and team confidence. Guide clinical workflow and case management within a collaborative, patient‑focused environment serving eastern Connecticut and Rhode Island. Practice with owner‑level impact—set the direction for medical quality with strong operational support in HR, marketing, and administration. Salary range listed is based on a 40‑hour work week. This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.
