House Manager / Family Assistant Location: Seattle, WA 98122 Employment Type: Part-time, 25-30 hours per week (with potential to grow to full-time) Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 1:30-6:30 PM, plus one floating day (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) Compensation: $30-$38/hour, based on experience Start Date: ASAP Requirements Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license required Must be authorized to work in the United States Up to date on general vaccinations Maintain a smoke-free and fragrance free environment Reliable transportation CPR and First Aid certification preferred Bilingual candidates strongly preferred About Our Family We're a busy, warm, and organized family of four living in Seattle. Our household runs on intention, not chaos, and we've put a lot of thought into how things work. One parent keeps a steady office schedule while the other is in a flexible season, and together we're managing two young kids, camps, activities, weekly logistics, and everything that comes with a full household. The mornings belong to us. The afternoons are where we need a partner. From about 1:30 PM onward, the house becomes a moving target: pickups, dinner, kids' routines, laundry, grocery gaps, and the mental load of thinking three steps ahead. We have support in place (a long-time housekeeper and a bi-weekly chef), but what we're missing is a consistent, proactive presence who makes the whole machine run smoothly without being asked.
