Statistical Programming Associate Director

Lead statistical programming initiatives and clinical trial deliverables at a biopharmaceutical organization. This associate director role requires deep programming expertise to manage project implementation, oversee team performance, and ensure quality across statistical programming activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead full project scope delivery and statistical programming implementation for clinical studies
- Oversee quality assurance of deliverables and hold partners accountable for technical outputs
- Manage external contract research organization activities and provide programming expertise
- Drive best practices, standards development, and process improvement initiatives
- Support team development through recruiting, training, and mentorship activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or life science
- 7+ years of statistical programming experience in clinical development
- Proven expertise in SAS or equivalent programming languages
- Thorough knowledge of clinical development processes and industry standards
- Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities in complex situations
- Current understanding of technical and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and manage concurrent projects
Compensation: $137,135-$205,703 base annual salary
