• Hybrid remote - This is not a typical 9-5 desk job. Employees can structure their day and choose work locations (home office or client appointments).

A typical day of an Outside Sales Representative:

• You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads are provided)
• During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager, you will...
• Build rapport with property manager
• Walk through a unit to assess opportunities
• Educate on our services and book repairs
• Work from home includes reviewing sales route, prep calls, and minimal admin work
• Ten-minute check-in with the Owner

Qualifications:

• Strong rapport skills and persistence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• No prior industry or sales experience is requiredtraining will be provided

• Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
• Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
