Outside Sales Representative
Are you seeking a hybrid remote schedule with more independence? We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
We offer:
- Competitive pay with a base salary + commission + bonuses. The average annual earnings range between $65K-$95K.
- Hybrid remote - This is not a typical 9-5 desk job. Employees can structure their day and choose work locations (home office or client appointments).

- No prior industry experience, degree, or formal sales experience is needed. We offer an annual trip to Surface Experts corporate for sales training from world-class experts
- All leads are provided, and you have the freedom to choose your sales appointments and schedule
- Paid holidays and paid time off (including your birthday)

A typical day of an Outside Sales Representative:
- You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads are provided)
- During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager, you will...
- Build rapport with property manager
- Walk through a unit to assess opportunities
- Educate on our services and book repairs
- Work from home includes reviewing sales route, prep calls, and minimal admin work
- Ten-minute check-in with the Owner
Qualifications:
- Strong rapport skills and persistence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- No prior industry or sales experience is requiredtraining will be provided

Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels Almost Everything! We pride ourselves in our ability to provide incredibly fast service, while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere in our support center and on jobsites. We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.
- Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
- Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
