We are seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in Chicago. This is an opportunity to work with a firm that has built its reputation on fighting for injured individuals and maximizing recovery in complex, high-stakes cases.You will represent individuals who have suffered serious injuries due to negligence, handling cases from intake through resolution. You will work on a wide range of matters including:Motor vehicle and trucking accidentsSlip and fall / premises liabilityWorkplace and third-party injury claimsMedical malpracticeProduct liability and complex injury casesOur team works closely with medical experts, investigators, and accident reconstruction professionals to build strong, evidence-driven cases.ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from pre-suit through litigationConduct case investigations, develop liability theories, and assess damagesDraft pleadings, motions, and discoveryTake and defend depositionsWork with expert witnesses and prepare cases for trialNegotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counselProvide clear, consistent communication to clients throughout the case lifecycleIdeal FitLicensed to practice in IL.Minimum 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience (litigation experience preferred)Understanding of negligence, liability, and damages analysisExperience handling cases involving significant injuries and exposureConfident negotiator with the ability to push cases toward favorable resolutionTrial experience or strong interest in trial workAbility to manage a high-volume docket without sacrificing qualityAll qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
