Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury ( Litigation / PreLit ) We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join a growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm. This role is ideal for an attorney who can independently manage litigation files, handle cases from filing through resolution, and advocate strongly for injured clients. The attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury matters, including drafting pleadings and motions, handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, attending hearings, preparing for trial, and negotiating settlements. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants meaningful case ownership, strong support, and the ability to work on high-value personal injury matters.
