Job Details

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Attorney in good standing and licensed to practice law in Illinois
• 3+ years of personal injury experience with a strong focus on trial work
• Minimum of 3 civil jury trials to verdict
• Strong knowledge of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures related to personal injury litigation
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and apply legal authority effectivelyExceptional written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, motions, and correspondence
• Proven ability to successfully manage cases and advocate for clients while achieving positive outcomes
• Experience conducting legal research, preparing legal briefs, and providing strategic legal guidance
• Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
