We cannot undo the incident, but we can do everything in our power to make people whole in the eyes of the law by demanding justice and fair compensation.Isaacs & Isaacs is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice.In this role, you will manage a high-volume caseload of primarily motor vehicle accident claims from initial investigation through settlement or transfer to litigation. You will serve as a trusted advocate for clients, evaluate damages, negotiate with insurance carriers, and work closely with our legal team to pursue fair compensation.The ideal candidate has at least two years of plaintiff-side personal injury pre-litigation experience, strong client communication skills, and the ability to independently manage cases in a fast-paced environment.What You'll DoManage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters through the pre-litigation processProvide responsive, compassionate service and maintain strong client relationshipsInvestigate liability, insurance coverage, injuries, and damagesGather and review medical records, bills, accident reports, wage-loss documentation, and other evidenceGuide clients through each stage of the claims processEvaluate case value and develop effective settlement strategiesPrepare and submit persuasive settlement demandsNegotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense representativesCoordinate with medical providers, experts, and other outside professionalsIdentify cases that require litigation and collaborate with the litigation team to ensure an effective transitionParticipate in relevant training programs, seminars, and professional-development opportunitiesRequirementsRequired QualificationsActive Illinois law license in good standingAt least two years of personal injury pre-litigation experienceExperience managing a high-volume personal injury caseloadStrong understanding of personal injury claims, insurance practices, and applicable lawsDemonstrated settlement-negotiation and case-evaluation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organization, time-management, and follow-throughAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and legal support staffCommitment to providing exceptional client servicePreferred QualificationBilingual proficiency in English and SpanishCompensationThis position begins with a base salary plus commission structure and transitions to commission-only compensation after the first year.Specific details regarding the initial base salary, commission structure, performance expectations, and earning potential will be discussed during the interview process.BenefitsEligible employees may qualify for:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth savings account with bi-weekly employer contributionsGroup Life and AD&D insurance (employee, spouse, child(ren) employer paid)Voluntary Life (employee, spouse, child(ren) employee paid)STD & LTD (employer paid)Referral Bonus Program401(k)401(k) matchingWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
