What You’ll Do Close inbound and outbound insurance sales opportunities (Auto, Home, Life, and more) Take qualified leads from quoting to binding with confidence Master objection handling and turn “maybe” into “yes” Follow a structured sales process and exceed production goals Maintain consistent follow-up until the deal is won Cross-sell and round out households for maximum account value Track daily metrics and compete to be #1 on the board What We’re Looking For Core Traits: Highly competitive and self-motivated Confident communicator with strong phone presence Thick-skinned and resilient Goal-obsessed and money-motivated Coachable but driven Skills & Experience: Proven closing ability (insurance, financial services, or high-ticket sales preferred) Ability to control the sales conversation Strong objection-handling skills Active Property & Casualty License (preferred or willing to obtain) CRM proficiency Compensation & Rewards Competitive base salary Uncapped commission structure Performance bonuses & incentives Growth path to Senior Producer or Sales Manager Recognition, contests, and performance rewards Top performers will earn well above industry averages.
