In this entrepreneurial role, you'll drive revenue growth through strategic account management and solution execution. The IT Account Manager is eligible for a base salary, uncapped commission, and performance-based bonuses.
This is a hybrid role, and the schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market share.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of talent solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
- Meet and exceed sales metrics and goals.
- Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Coordinate and conduct quarterly business reviews with clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in the process of ensuring receivables are collected in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of successful sales or business development experience in the IT staffing industry.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales methodologies.
