If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in keeping spaces clean and functional, and thrive in a service-oriented environment, this role is for you.As a key member of our facilities team, you will support daily office operations, provide exceptional customer service to employees and clients, and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workplace.What You'll DoFacilities & Office SupportMaintain cleanliness and organization in offices, kitchens, pantries, restrooms, and conference roomsSet up conference rooms and support company eventsRestock kitchen supplies, pantry items, and copy/printer areasAssist with office moves, basic furniture handling, and equipment inventoryPerform simple repairs; report more complex issues to the Facilities ManagerMailroom & Package HandlingReceive, scan, sort, log, and distribute incoming mail and packagesPrepare and process outgoing mailDeliver packages throughout the office and maintain accurate tracking recordsOperate postage and mail-handling equipmentFitness Center SupportProvide coverage in the fitness center as neededRestock towels, clothing, and toiletriesMaintain cleanliness of locker rooms, showers, and restroomsFront Desk & Business Center AssistanceAnswer phones and support clients at the front desk when neededAssist with copy/print tasks and conference room setupServe as backup to reception staffWhat You Bring1+ year experience in facilities, office services, mailroom, retail, hospitality, or a similar roleStrong communication skills and a customer-first mindsetAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamTech comfort: handheld scanners, email, Word/Adobe, messaging tools (Teams/Slack/Google)Professional, positive, and reliable attitudeWillingness to learn new equipment and maintenance skills (burnishers, auto scrubbers, etc.)Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for long periodsAbility to lift 40–50 lbs regularly and push/pull carts up to 60 lbsCapability to bend, kneel, walk, and perform hands-on tasksManual dexterity for office equipment (phones, copiers, binding tools, etc.)Additional DetailsTraining provided for all responsibilitiesDuties may change based on business needsAbout SPSSPS is a global workplace solutions and business transformation company operating in more than 20 countries.
