Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide Agile teams in applying Scrum best practices, methodologies, and values. The Scrum Master will support team development, remove impediments, facilitate collaboration, and promote continuous improvement across the team and organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong Agile/Scrum experience, excellent facilitation and communication skills, and the ability to lead through a servant-leadership approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide teams and organizations in applying Agile/Scrum best practices, methodologies, and values.
• Assess Scrum maturity and coach teams toward higher levels of Agile maturity at a sustainable pace.
• Identify and remove impediments or guide teams in resolving obstacles.
• Facilitate the completion of work assignments and support effective task coordination.
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, team building, and conflict resolution.
• Support internal and external communication while improving transparency and information sharing.
• Support Product Managers in maximizing return on investment (ROI) and achieving organizational objectives.
• Support and educate the Product Owner, including product backlog grooming, refinement, and maintenance.
• Participate in Agile delivery using appropriate methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, or similar frameworks.
• Promote continuous improvement and effective Agile practices.
• Provide support using a servant-leadership style and lead by example.
• Help teams identify opportunities to improve processes, collaboration, productivity, and delivery.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Scrum Master experience .
• Scrum Master certification required.
• Experience with Change Management .
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and Agile delivery practices.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience identifying and developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure program performance.
• Experience with Agile tracking and project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps , or similar platforms.
• Experience creating and maintaining:
  • Product timelines
  • Status reports
  • Communication plans
  • Product management documentation
• Experience working with multiple Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and XP.
• Strong coaching and organizational change-management skills.
