Lead Irrigation Technician

As a Lead Irrigation Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the health and beauty of outdoor spaces by performing essential irrigation system maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.Responsibilities
- Perform daily and weekly irrigation system service, repairs, and modifications for commercial and residential properties.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor workloads to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain organized inventory and ensure equipment and vehicles are clean and ready for use.
- Promote and adhere to safe and environmentally responsible work practices.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Supervise and train maintenance crews on basic irrigation system operations, especially during peak seasons.
- Accurately complete timesheets and required documentation.
Qualifications
- Valid NC Driver’s license.
- Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience in irrigation system maintenance and repair is preferred.
Compensation
Pay Range: $18 to $25.00+ per hour (depending on experience)
Commission structure offered for additional compensation
