This includes managing invoicing requests through MyRyder (ServiceNow), researching and maintaining invoice delivery requirements, resolving invoice delivery issues, and completing invoicing-related tasks. The position serves as a resource for Invoicing Associates, providing support with requests, research, and issue resolution. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills to effectively partner with internal departments and support accurate and timely invoicing. Essential Functions Research and Release invoicing exceptions Communicate with field operations either via email or phone Research any invoice delivery discrepancies to ensure timely invoice delivery Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned. Compensation Information The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
