Additional information can be found at Scope: A Equipment Maintenance Technician will perform preventative maintenance and scheduled repairs on various production and facility equipment. May also perform emergency repairs and assist with equipment installations as needed. Duties & Responsibilities: Perform Repairs and equipment installations throughout manufacturing facility Dismantle devices to gain access to parts requiring inspection or repair Inspect equipment systems to a level that will identify possible failures and repair or schedule repairs as needed Communicate the completion of all work performed by filling out a maintenance request or a preventative maintenance form Communicate the status of all incomplete tasks verbally and/or via e-mail to the technician taking over the task or the Maintenance Manager Adhere to all environmental, safety and health policies plans and procedures Complete all departmental documentation neatly, completely and accurately Train other technicians in the skills required to perform preventative maintenance on equipment Follow all safety measures when handling chemicals and hazardous waste with regard to use, mixing and disposing chemicals Essential Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge and experience in applying general maintenance practices, mechanical aptitude, and ability to correctly and safely use manual and power tools Exceptional attention-to-detail and capable of reading and following technical/construction instructions, operation manuals, equipment install specifications, schematics, and diagrams. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, P& IDs, and technical as-built will be a plus General computer skills and ability to complete electronic work orders, enter data into systems, and send emails Able to read, write, and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job. Ability to troubleshoot electro-magnetic equipment would be a plus Solution-focused mindset; recommend and implement improvements to processes increasing efficiency and see projects through to completion Mathematical ability sufficient to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and calculate averages Ability to work 8-10 hour days, standing for most of the shift Able to lift and carry 75 lbs. Valid driver's license and clean driving record; ability to safely drive a box truck, van, or company car Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position Overtime, weekend, and on-call availability is required Due to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) requirements, applicants must be a U.S. Citizen Compensation and Benefits: TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered. $57,167 - $95,279 Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
