As we continue to expand our team, we are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Workday HCM Integration Consultant to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Workday HCM integrations to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and integration needs.
• Configure and maintain integrations, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Keep abreast of Workday updates and industry best practices related to integrations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM integrations.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday integration tools, including EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes and data structures.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Workday Integration Certification is a plus.
