Workday Integration Consultant

As a remote full-time Senior Workday Integration Engineer, the successful candidate will architect, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations and interoperability frameworks, ensuring secure data exchange across various systems while providing technical leadership and mentorship to team members. Key responsibilities Design and implement integrations using Workday modules such as HCM, Finance, and Payroll, ensuring alignment with business outcomes Translate integration requirements into technical specifications and maintain comprehensive documentation for API design and security frameworks Provide on-call support and keep integration documentation up to date while collaborating with cross-functional teams on ERP data analysis Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, systems analysis, or a related field Minimum 7 years of experience in end-to-end integration implementations, particularly with Workday and middleware technologies At least 3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy integrations Strong hands-on experience with Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIBs, and RaaS Familiarity with healthcare interoperability concepts and standards like HL7 or FHIR is preferred
