Material Handler
Pay Rate:
- 1st Shift: $14.00/hr — 7:00 AM–3:45 PM, Monday–Friday
- 2nd Shift: $14.50/hr — 3:15 PM–12:00 AM, Monday–Friday
Job Summary
We are hiring Material Handlers to support warehouse and production operations. This is a physically demanding position that requires heavy lifting and working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Package, unpack, sort, stage, and prepare materials for production.
- Move, put away, and pull equipment, parts, and materials.
- Perform basic data entry using a computer and client systems .
- Work efficiently to meet daily production and quality goals.
- Maintain a production performance level of 80% or higher .
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow company quality and safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding work.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Basic computer skills and data-entry experience.
- Must be able to navigate basic computer applications such as MS Office .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to quality and productivity.
- Flexibility to work in different areas of the facility as business needs require.
Shift Details
1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:45 PM, Monday–Friday — $14.00/hr
2nd Shift: 3:15 PM–12:00 AM, Monday–Friday — $14.50/hr
