About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year recent experience in specialty License: Current Registered Nurse license Certifications: Required AHA ACLS, AHA BLS, AHA NIH/OR RED CROSS. Preferred PALS if working in pediatric unit. Must-Have: - Education: Associate degree in nursing - Experience: 2 years preferred; will consider 18 months of experience working under the highest level of professional license with at least 1 year of recent experience in the specialty Description: Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals. Will accept 36 or 48 hours per week. Holidays as required by the facility. Every other weekend required. The medical intensive care unit is a 16-bed high acuity unit that provides complex monitoring and treatment for adult patients. Nurses must exhibit a high level of professional competency. The nursing team collaborates with all disciplines of the care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
