Legal Billing Analyst
Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
Responsible for ensuring high quality oversight and preparation of monthly invoices for an assigned group of billing partners.Ensures compliance with all applicable billing policies and guidelines and provides guidance to others in the department. Responsibilities: Creating and reviewing monthly billing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness Generating invoices and sending them to clients Coordinating with attorneys and clients to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes Inputting billable hours and expenses into the accounting system Tracking and managing budgets for legal projects Working Situation: Hybrid (2 days in office) Qualifications: Current / prior legal environment billing experience is required. Elite, 3E, Aderant or similar legal billing software experience is required.
