Participates and support continuous improvement activities.* Team Focus: Ability to effectively lead team through 5S, Visual Management, standardized work, and Daily Management System.* Computer Skills: Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for operational reporting. Ability to analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP. Basic understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for inventory and production scheduling* Emotional Intelligence: The ability to recognize, understand, and manage your own emotions while effectively perceiving and responding to the emotions of others. This includes skills such as empathy, self-awareness, emotional regulation, social awareness, and relationship management to foster positive interactions and resolve challenges constructively.* Collaboration: Works collaboratively with team members to support overall team objectives and workflow.
