On-Site Case Manager Specialist: Social Services Advocate

Volunteers of America Los Angeles

Volunteers of America Los Angeles is looking for a Case Manager (Specialist) to provide intensive case management services to vulnerable clients. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing case plans, and coordinating services. An Associate’s Degree in Social Work or a related field plus at least one year of experience in a similar role is required. Preferred candidates will have Counseling Certification and experience with the target population. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
